I recently found out that I have Celiac disease and I have had no issues with them so they are indeed gluten free. I am on my second bottle now and I'm very sensitive to gluten so I would know if they had it.

We were looking for a product like this but haven't seen a similar product.- Good-sized capsules that are easy to swallow.- 2 months of serving at a reasonable price.Other thoughts:- The price could be cheaper.Overall recommended if you are looking for Vitamin-B supplements. The aftertaste gets me, but overall good supplement.

Love these daily methylated vitamins for great absorption! Most vitamins dont give you the absorption so i appreciate these alot and feel great in my 60's!! No aches and pains at all and i have never been on any meds!
