Love these daily methylated vitamins for great absorption! Most vitamins dont give you the absorption so i appreciate these alot and feel great in my 60's!! No aches and pains at all and i have never been on any meds!

Great price, fast shipping, just started taking this vitamin so to early to tell it’s effectiveness

I've been taking it for over a week. There is no taste or smell. I like that the b6 is under 300% because too much can build up in your system. The overall ratios of b vitamins are actually really good. Usually companies put way too much b6 and not enough b1 or 2. This does have a decent amount of 1 and 2 which are really important for energy in the krebs cycle.I'd suggest taking it with a better form of Mg because some of the b vitamin's consider magnesium a cofactor for synthesis.Overall it seems to be doing okay. I like that it includes ALA and selenium as well.The current price is $26.99 for 60 days.

I specifically look for methylated vitamins. I'm my opinion it works better for me. This seems like a good product and it's easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. I don't have any aftertaste and I haven't had any problems.
